3. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free Edition: Two reports per month, no charge.

• Monthly Plans: Billed monthly based on the number of reports generated.

• Enterprise Plans: Billed annually and may include CRM integrations and report export (PDF).

• Cancellation: You may cancel your plan at any time; your access will continue until the current billing period ends.

• Refunds: Prospect Intel has a strict no-refund policy.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

All content is generated by artificial intelligence based on a combination of public data, licensed third-party sources, and customer-provided information.

You acknowledge that:

• Content may contain inaccuracies or be outdated.

• No human reviews or verifies the output before display.

• You will not rely on the content for legal, medical, financial, or high-risk business decisions without independent verification.

• Prospect Intel assumes no liability for how you use the information provided.

5. Data Sources and Prospect Information

Prospect data may include names, emails, and roles of individuals inferred or compiled from:

• Publicly available sources

• Licensed third-party data providers

• Corporate knowledge bases provided by customers

You agree to use such data in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state privacy laws) and acknowledge your sole responsibility for compliance.

All platform content, design, and technology are owned by Prospect Intel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You may not:

Enterprise customers may access CRM integrations and export reports as PDFs. Users are responsible for securing and lawfully using any exported data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our site and become effective immediately. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the modified terms.
