- You will not rely on content for legal, medical, financial, or high-risk business decisions without independent verification.
- ProspectIntel assumes no liability for how you use the information provided.
5. Data Sources and Prospect Information
Prospect data may include names, emails, and roles of individuals inferred or compiled from publicly available sources, licensed third-party data providers, and corporate knowledge bases provided by customers. You agree to use such data in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state privacy laws) and acknowledge your sole responsibility for compliance.

Enterprise customers may access CRM integrations and export reports as PDFs. Users are responsible for securing and lawfully using any exported data.
